How do you vet your cleaners?
Our cleaners undergo thorough vetting, including checks for passports, full UK driving licenses, addresses, migration status, and DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks. Additionally, they are required to pass a test on common cleaning tasks. Candidates who complete the vetting process then undergo intensive training and work under our supervision. After a couple of weeks of training, our cleaning staff is prepared to work independently on our customers' properties.

Is there a minimum required number of hours for hiring your services?
Yes, for our regular cleaning services, there is a required minimum of 2.5 hours per visit.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaner?
While it's unlikely that you'll be dissatisfied with the cleaning standard provided by our cleaning staff, we understand that concerns may arise.
